Return Policy

We want you to love your SØLGRND items. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., size change), email support@solgrnd.com with your order number and requested item.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, SØLGRND will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with ACL.
